From rolled bar to shipment, one site, one continuous flow
Founded in 2016, JUNIN has focused on one product: steel grating. At our plant in Hwaseong, Gyeonggi-do, we control every step in house: automatic projection welding, fabrication, hot-dip galvanizing, three inspections and packing.
Every panel is made to the customer's drawings, with dimensional tolerances per NAAMM (National Association of Architectural Metal Manufacturers). Our quality and environmental management systems are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
A production line built on three automatic projection welding machines
Three 2,230 kVA automatic projection welding machines run in parallel, so we can handle large project volumes and tight delivery dates at the same time.
